75th Cannes is on
The 75th annual Cannes Film Festival is a 2022 film festival is on until 28 May 2022.
This is the first full festival after the pandemic, I was here last year, during the 74 Film Festival, and even had an opportunity to meet Spike Lee Lee and had a quick chat. However, it was a very different atmosphere, covid-19 tests wearing masks and keeping a distance from others.
The festival featured a tribute to actor Tom Cruise, whose film Top Gun: Maverick is due to premiere at the festival. The official poster for the festival was designed as an homage to The Truman Show (1998).
I think what makes Cannes Film Festival is you feel it in every corner of the City. When the city wakes up you know the festival started. There is no other festival like that on the globe.
I have been coming to the Cannes Film festival last 7 years including during Covid19 last year. I always wanted to share my experience with others and now I am with CINEMASCOPE.FILM and will do my best to bring you the latest news from Cannes
